Dragonfly silhouette

A rare early post for me today.  Sitting on the back porch eating lunch today I saw this dragonfly light on a stem with the bright light behind it.  I went in to get my camera, but, of course, he had flown away by the time I returned.  A few moments later, however, he was gracious enough to return and stay while I took a few shots.  I like the detail in the wings contrasted against the bright desaturated background.

Also, another month of daily photography to celebrate!  Only 4 more months to go!
